Effective from July 1st 2003, Ball Holland is the exclusive distributor of the new Ranunculus varieties from Biancheri Creations in Italy: cut flower series Elegance®, Success® and the pot plant series Pratolino®. Biancheri is the breeder The partnership allows both companies to focus on their core business. This means that customers will benefit from optimal quality and service. In addition to distribution, Ball Holland will also take care of all trialling of experimental varieties bred by Biancheri Creations. Ball Holland, part of Ball Horticultural Co., U.S.A, is specialized in the production, sales, distribution and marketing of ornamentals. Their product range consists of cut flowers from seed, bedding and pot plants from seed and cuttings and flower seeds. Ball Holland was founded in October 2001 as the result of a merger between Vegmo Plant B.V. in Rijsenhout and Van Zanten en Co. B.V. in Bovenkarspel.
