Begonia silletensis subsp. mengyangensis was recently displayed at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in England. The new vareity has large, rounded and glossy leaves, fleshy stems and highly fragrant flowers. It needs cool conditions, especially at night. This Begonia was found in The Yunnan Province of China by the Kunming Institute of Botany.
