The fully frost hardy F1 bedding Primula ‘Arctic™’ is ideally adapted for use as a bedding plant and in containers and has all the advantages of the Wanda strains but with hybrid vigour. This new variety forms a larger, more robust plant which continues growing when planted out. Trials have also shown that ‘Arctic’ is not so susceptible to cold, damp conditions compared to Wanda strains and also benefits from larger brighter flowers.
