In week 30 and week 32, two new cut Chrysanthemums bred by Fides were introduced. Dark pink Prada and pink-white specialty Disco Club respectively, appeared on the market as from that time. Both new Chrysanthemums were introduced in a recognizable way and specific style and provided with Layar. With this new technology it is possible to show extra information by means of a mobile phone or tablet; a unique feature in the ornamental plants industry.

Prada
This new dark pink cut chrysanthemum represents lush high quality ‘haute couture’. Tasteful and with an eye for detail. Note its very special flower shape! It is a Chrysanthemum that is easy to combine with other flowers and colours. At the same time, it has sufficient unique individual qualities, such as its colour, distinctive flower type and long lasting fresh green centre. A proud Chrysanthemum that is sure to become a favourite product for florists and consumers without delay.

In week 30, Prada was introduced at the FloraHolland flower auctions in Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer by the Dutch nursery Kwekerij Vollebregt Flowers.

Disco Club

This new variety is very recognizable because of its special different shape; it will be introduced by Zentoo. The first branches of Disco Club will be available at the auctions in Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer from week 32 onwards.
