A World Flower Exhibition will be held at Goyang City, South Korea, 24^th April to 8^th May 2003. Exhibition buildings and demonstration gardens are constructed around Lake Park, the largest man-made lake in South Korea. The total area including the lake is 100ha. The exhibition prospectus promises a mixture of trade promotion, flower festival and cultural extravaganza. The event is sponsored by leading trade associations, the tourist industry and government authorities including the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The first 2 days will be trade only days and an international floriculture seminar and various demonstrations of flower arranging will take place. Goyang is a large city in S.
