The Thermabed system by Hotbox International Ltd, is a proven system for heating or cooling propagation beds in large or small greenhouses and areas fitted with mobile or static benches.  The System consists of moulded expanded plystyrene panels which fit together to form the required area. These panels have a channel which forms a continuous loop into which flexible water pipe is fitted. The unique channel design is arranged so that the water inlet and outlet pipe run side by side, thus providing a uniform temperature over the entire surface. Special mouldings are available for different makes of bench. Thermabed will maintain correct rooting temperatures economically for many important horticultural and floricultural crops including as: Pelargonium, Fuchsia, Carnations, Chrysanthemum, Sainpaulia, foliage plants, Nursery-stock etc.  Where controlled distribution of temperature is required, aluminimium foil is usually palced over the Thermabed surface and an accurate thermostats with an electronic sensor provided.
