The Dutch organization Plantum NL that represents the interest of Dutch breeders and propagators is supplying the Chinese government with expertise in the field of plant breeder’s rights. The Dutch and Chinese floriculture sectors are strengthening their collaboration, centered on the SIDHOC Sino Dutch Horticultural Training and Demonstration Centre) near Shanghai. Focus will also be given on breaking down trade barriers in the sector.
